TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

Savitri Ornaments Pvt. Ltd.

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all transactions conducted between Savitri Ornaments Pvt. Ltd., having its registered place of business at College Road, Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir, India (“Company”), and the purchaser (“Customer”).

1. Valid Invoice

Only a computer-generated tax invoice issued by the Company shall constitute valid proof of purchase. The Customer must obtain such invoice prior to leaving the premises.

2. No Return / Limited Refund Policy

2.1 All sales shall be final and non-returnable.

2.2 Products containing Meena work, color stones, American garnets, and other decorative elements may be dismantled or damaged during any permitted return procedure.

2.3 Any refund, if approved, shall not exceed the invoice value.

2.4 No claim for refund shall be entertained beyond the prescribed period.

3. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir, India.

4. Weight Variation & Craftsmanship

4.1 Minor variations in weight may occur due to craftsmanship, kundan work, and accessories.

4.2 Exchange shall be permitted solely based on the net weight stated on the invoice, subject to verification of gross weight.

5. Special Terms

Any deviation or special condition must be expressly stated in writing on the invoice. Oral commitments shall have no legal validity.

6. Payment Restrictions

6.1 Cash payments exceeding ₹2,00,000 are strictly prohibited.

6.2 Payments shall be made via bank transfer from the Customer’s own account only.

7. Hallmarking & Purity Verification

7.1 The Company supplies 100% HUID hallmarked jewellery.

7.2 Items below 2 grams and Kundan / Polki jewelry are exempt from hallmarking.

7.3 Purity re-verification may be conducted by the Customer within 3 days at a BIS-authorized hallmark center.

8. Deficiency & Refund

In case of verified deficiency in purity within 3 days, the Customer may return the goods and receive a refund limited to the invoice amount.

9. Buyback & Exchange

9.1 Buyback and exchange terms shall be governed strictly by the product invoice.

9.2 Buyback is applicable only to products purchased from the Company.

10. Custom Orders & Cancellation

10.1 Orders placed for customized jewelry shall be non-cancellable and non-refundable once manufacturing commences.

10.2 The Customer must collect the product within 20 days of completion, failing which the Company reserves the right to forfeit the advance or impose storage charges.

11. Advance Payment & Pricing

11.1 80% advance payment shall be mandatory for rate fixation.

11.2 20% minimum advance shall be required for production initiation without rate fixation.

11.3 Pricing shall be determined based on the prevailing gold rate as per the selected payment model.

12. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

13. Acceptance

Purchase of any product from the Company shall constitute unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
